CRIBS: Foster Edition

Welcome to CRIBS: Foster Edition, a special four-day foster event with one big goal: get 40 shelter dogs into 40 temporary foster homes while we make important improvements to our shelter.

From September 4–8, we will be installing new sound baffling in our Animal Services Division to help reduce noise and create a more comfortable environment for the dogs in our care.

While that work is underway, we want to get as many dogs out of both shelter buildings as possible and into quiet, temporary homes.

Your crib does not need to be celebrity-worthy.

Couch? Luxury suite.
Backyard? Private resort.
Treat cabinet? Fully stocked minibar.
Your bed? Presidential suite.

Have cats at home? Because we cannot cat-test our foster dogs, we recommend keeping foster dogs and resident cats completely separate during their stay.

No long-term commitment is required. Just four days, a little extra room in your home, and the chance to give a shelter dog a much-needed break while we improve their space.
