The evening begins with cocktail hour and the opening of our silent auction, giving guests plenty of time to mingle, enjoy refreshments, and begin bidding on an incredible collection of items, experiences, and getaways.
Following cocktail hour, we will gather for welcome remarks and Noteworthy Impacts, sharing some of the meaningful work, milestones, and lives changed through the generosity of our community.
Guests will then enjoy dinner accompanied by live music from the Columbus Symphony as we continue an evening devoted to the people and partnerships that make our mission possible.

Special Guest: K9 Havoc
We are honored to welcome K9 Havoc of the Columbus Police Department to Sit + Stay Social.
K9 Havoc and his handler will join us for the evening, where his handler will share Havoc’s incredible story, his journey through recovery, and the remarkable bond between a working K9 and his handler.
Following the presentation, guests will have an opportunity to take photos with K9 Havoc from a designated distance.
Please note: K9 Havoc is a working police K9. For his safety and the safety of our guests, there will be no petting, touching, or direct interaction with Havoc. Photos will be permitted from the designated area only.

Jenifer Amos
For more than a decade, Jenifer Amos has been a steadfast champion of Paws Humane Society, serving as a board member, donor, adopter, foster, volunteer, and advocate.
We are honored to recognize Jenifer Amos with the 2026 Legacy of Impact Award for the extraordinary impact she has made upon Paws Humane Society and the animals and people we serve.

Chief Salvatore J. Scarpa
For 35 years, Chief Salvatore J. Scarpa has dedicated his career to public service, leadership, and the safety and well-being of the communities he serves.
We are proud to recognize Chief Salvatore J. Scarpa with the 2026 Community Advocate Award, honoring a career distinguished by leadership, service, and an enduring commitment to the Columbus community.
