Paws Humane is a private 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of both animals and people as a solution-based community resource for animal welfare by providing high-volume and high quality spay/neuter, rescue and adoption services, volunteer opportunities, outreach, and education.
Volunteer, Save a Life

Dogs Day Out
The Paws Humane Dog’s Day Out program makes a difference in the lives of companion animals by ensuring they get plenty of exercise, attention, and exposure to environments outside of the shelter, all while putting smiles on the faces of the people who share this experience with them.
Foster Care
Be an In-Home Hero and save a life by becoming a foster parent to one of our shelter pets. Fostering is an immensely rewarding experience you’ll never forget, and it changes animals’ lives in a very direct way.

We sponsor and attend events and programs throughout the year to support our mission and create animal welfare awareness. Additionally, we can help you stay up-to-date on animal welfare legislation and help pass legislation that benefits animals in Georgia and beyond!
