Welcome to Paws Humane Society!

Paws Humane is a private 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of both animals and people as a solution-based community resource for animal welfare by providing high-volume and high quality spay/neuter, rescue and adoption services, volunteer opportunities, outreach, and education.

Maintaining Animal Health

Paws Humane operates a limited service veterinary clinic that is open to the public. We provide a range of services including spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchips, heartworm and flea/tick prevention, and more. Paws Humane has two full-time veterinarians who see patients from the public, other rescues, community cats and adoptable animals at Paws. Our clinic staff is committed to providing compassionate care to every client and their pet and all at a reasonable price.

Vet Clinic

Walk-in wellness services are available Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. Our walk-in services include vaccines and routine wellness care. Our walk-in services do not include illness care. Walk-in capacity is limited each day, we recommend arriving early to ensure your pet can be seen. Caring for Homeless Pets

Paws Humane operates a limited service veterinary clinic that is open to the public. The Paws Humane Veterinary Clinic is an affordable option for pet owners who otherwise may not be able to take their pet to see a full-service veterinarian due to overwhelming costs.

Did you know you can help Paws Humane end the fight against pet overpopulation in your community? It’s as easy as giving to our Spay it Forward program!

All proceeds from the clinic help Paws fund and fulfill our mission. As of 2020, the clinic has reached a milestone of more than 60,000 spay/neuther surgeries since opening in 2009. Our Veterinary Clinic services include spay/neuter surgeries, general wellness care, treatment for minor dermatological and ophthalmic medical issues, and some common surgical procedures.

PAWS Humane wants you to know that you don’t have to do this alone; we have resources available to help with your pet journey.

Report Animal Cruelty
If you witness suspected cruelty or neglect to animals, call your local Animal Control as soon as possible. When a report is made, the responding agency is required to investigate.
